Journalists
Are you a storyteller with a global focus? Do you see the world from the other perspective? Do you like to get near people and let them tell you their story? Then we are looking for you.
As a journalist at TellusBlog.com you will tell the stories from the world beyond the headlines and the schoolbooks, a world with a bright future and wonderful things happening every day. We think you can write fast and short stories with a development focus.
We truly believe that the world can be better and are committed to give our readers the inspiration and tools to make it better.
Photographers
We are looking for photographers with a real interest in people, and who can see a good picture before the camera is there. We are only working in a digital environment both in a team with a journalist and alone.
As a photographer you can publish your own photo slide at the blog if we believe it’s of value to the readers. At this time you have to own your equipment.
Editors/proof readers
The editors are the backbone of the magazine. Scanning the world for new stories, discussing ideas with journalists and then proof read and give feedback on articles before you publish them.
As an editor you have to be able to make the texts even better and change spelling and grammar in English. It’s also a bonus if you follow news around the world and can be creative to get ideas for new material.
Translators
We want to give everybody with the access to Internet the chance to read our stories. To achieve this we need to translate the articles to different languages. In the first phase we are looking for translators from English to Spanish and English to Chinese. But if you know another one, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
You have to have an interest in language and also to write articles in order to get the flow right even in a new language.
Web developer
We want to develop the blog to a full web based magazine filled with inspiration and tools from around the world. So we are currently looking for web developers, you need to know development in WordPress (www.wordpress.org).
We are also very happy if you know more about advisement systems like Google AdSense.
Project managers
We have some ideas of editorial projects, such as theme blogs, printed magazines and much more. So we need some project managers that can develop the ideas into projects and make them real.
It’s good if you worked with projects before and have and idea of leadership and project development.
Advertisements sales persons
To fund the blog, we’re going to sell advertisement space on the page and at our other publications. We’re now looking for people around the world who can sell advertisement space in your country.
You will work from your home with the phone and the computer; we will refund your phone costs.
Marketing coordinator
Are you creative to find new ways to get attention? We’re looking for a person who can make the blog visible and attract readers to it.
We’re looking for a person with skills in marketing and PR who can take care of the strategy and the leadership to make the blog famous.
